Having been inspired and enlightened by you, We will all be committed to make your words alive. Thanks to your life-giving nurture, Our lives were brightened up. When words can hardly articulate our gratitude, Forever you will be in our hearts, sealed with a kiss. ============================================================ We are deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved teacher, Professor Edmond Inq-ming Ko, who passed away on 20th April, 2012. While we sorrow over our loss of a great teacher, an inspiring mentor, a true friend as well as a beautiful mind, we are also profoundly grateful for the strengths that Professor Ko left us. When he served as Vice-President (Undergraduate Education) of the City University of Hong Kong, Professor Ko established the Service Learning Initiative (SLI), an elite professional development programme, which he was committed wholeheartedly to spend time with us in training workshops, personal development programmes and other informal and friendly occasions. He patiently and selflessly passed on to us his positive attitude, his insights, his curiosity for new knowledge, and his high moral standard in everything that he did. This spring is inevitably blue. But let us continue to bloom and flourish so as to glorify and sustain the spirits of Professor Ko.
